Easy Fruit/Yogurt Smoothie Ingredients (Watch the Video)
Makes 4- 12oz. smoothies
* 1 cup yogurt (fr. vanilla) 1 large banana
* 2 cups Froz Fruit (strawberries, pineapples,peaches)
* 2 cups ice
* 1 squirt of honey (leave honey out if juice is used instead of water)
* Fill water to almost top of fruit (or juice can be used)
Now blend until smooth. Then add the remaining ingredients...
* 1 scoop of fiber
* 2 scoops of protein powder
Pulse until blended.

Infused Oil Veggie/Cheese Omelet
Ingredients: per omelet
*2 eggs (or 1 egg and 3 oz. of egg whites)
*1/4 c sliced red pepper
*1/4 c sliced red skin potato
*1/4 c chopped onion
*1 slice cheese
*1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
*4 Tbsp olive oil
Chop all vegetables into 1/4 squares. Beat eggs in separate bowl…add a splash of water.
Heat Pan on medium high. Heat olive oil in 6 inch omelet pan.
Add 1/2 tsp of 5 spice powder to oil. Stir until mixed.
Add all vegetables. Cook until soft - about 2 minutes.
Beat eggs, add eggs to pan, stir in vegetables evenly...Pulling back edges of omelet with spatula making sure egg on top is distributed throughout the pan so the egg is cooked.. Flip egg over with supple wrist movement. Add cheese (of choice) to omelet. Fold in half and slide onto plate...ENJOY!!
Root Vegetable Roast - With 2 Baguettes
Ingredients: (we like this combo of veggies)
*2 whole beets, split and chop into 1/4 inch slices
*3 onions split into 1/4 slices
*2 turnips split into 1/4 slices
*mushrooms (handful) 1/4 inch slices
*2 large carrots 1/4 slice pieces,
*2 red pepers
*1 stalk fennel chopped fine
Put all veggies in a large bowl all together. Put aside.
Making oil for Veggies:
3 cups olive oil
3 tbsp. Italian seasoning spices
1 squirt sriracha (optional)
Mix together all ingredients.
Pour oil mixture onto the vegetables...Mix Well. Place vegetables on large sheet pan w/ an edge. Cook 1 hour @ 350 degrees.
Slice Baguettes into 1/2 inch round slices put on tray (toast slightly). Top bread w/veggies drizzle oil on top...
Delicious Curried Honey Pan Seared Salmon
*4 center-cut fillets of salmon (frozen bag of Atlantic Salmon @ Sam's Club works great!)
*1/4 cup olive oil
*2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
*2 tbsp. honey
*1 tsp curry powder
*2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash/original
*2 tbsp. white wine
In a large bowl whisk ingredients : oil, vinegar, Mrs. Dash's spice, curry and honey.
Put fish in large Pyrex dish. Pour wet mixture over fish. (coat completely)
Heat large non-stick pan on med-high. When pan heated place salmon in pan. Cook for 3 minutes, until white appears on edges of fish on the cooking surface. Flip fish over to cook other side for 3-4 minutes or until desired wellness to your liking.
Remove fish from pan. Add 2 tbsp. of white wine into already warm pan. Mix pan juices with wine. Drizzle over the salmon.

Sarah's Perfect Chicken
*2 Whole Roaster Chickens
*1 cup Italian Seasonings
*1 TBSP. Cinnamon
In a small bowl combine: 1 cup Italian Seasonings with 1 TBSP Cinnamon
Place 2 whole chickens in a large rectangular pyrex pan. Pour 1/2 inch of water into pyrex pan with chickens in it. Coat both chickens, to your liking, with the Italian seasonings and Cinnamon mixture. Cover with tin foil.
Bake for 1 hour @ 350 degrees

For the meat we used tip roast
Things to look for in the cooked meat: a nice even texture, a beautiful smoke ring around the outer edge of the cut meat, and the meat should be easy to pull apart.
After 2 hours it’s ready to eat or store overnight in fridge. Though you won’t be able to wait, it smells too good. You might not even need BBQ sauce, so pull it apart and start the party.
